Rhys made me feel at ease from the first phone conversation. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to sell my house and was just seeing what the market was like in my area. He then explained to me how he would approach the marketing of my property, and I was signing up. Rhys didn’t disappoint and sold my house for more than I even imagined and quicker than I thought possible.

Following a troubling 3 months with another agent, Rhys managed to sell our property off market, 2 days after I signed the agency agreement. I wish I had of gone with my gut but hindsight is a wonderful thing. Although not exactly the result I wanted, I cannot thank Rhys enough for getting the job done.
